Please help us and the amazing crew at the university Eisenstadt kitchen to prepare enough meals for every visitor!
You can do so by choosing your lunch options ( vegan or meat ) now and already pay for them now.
This would help the kitchen staff to get a more precise estimate about the number of required meals.
Please keep in mind that PyCon Austria 2026 is a free volunteer-organised conference and we do not charge entry fees. We therefore have only the registration form to estimate the number of visitors. Last year, from 400 registred visitors only a bit over 200 really showd up, but we told the kitchen to prepare around 400 meals. Please help us to aboid such a waste of good food, trust and effort this year.
Like last year, it will be possible to pay for food in cash or with card directly at the venue, but pre-paid orders will have priority and make the whole process of ording food faster and more comfortable for everyone.

How to pre-order ?
Please make an european bank transfer with the desired amount ( 10.00 for sunday, 9.50 for monday, or 19.50 for both days ) and write in the "payment reference" field your email and what kind of lunches you want to order.
Example:
John.smith@gmail.com, sunday vegan, monday meat
Other example:
sara.smith@gmail.com, sunday meat
Please use the same email address that you used for registration yourself for the conference. In the case that you don't show up at the conference, your food will be donated to a hungry visitor.
