Please help us and the amazing crew at the university Eisenstadt kitchen to prepare enough meals for every visitor!
You can do so by choosing your lunch options ( vegan or meat ) now and pay for it at the registration desk when you check in at the conference. You will get a voucher.
This would help all visitors enormously as the kitchen staff has than only to take the voucher and hand out the meal instead of waiting for card / cash payment.
For organizational reasons, the time slot from 12:00 to 13:00 in the cafeteria will be reserved for guests with vouchers only. From 13:00 until 14:00 the cafeteria is free for everyone, so that you can pay without vouchers.
